Since 1964, Morgan Aero has prided itself on helping installations from Los Angeles to Philadelphia and beyond our shores with hoists and sling-lifting systems of extreme quality. Additionally, the personalized attention we offer our customers before, during, and after each sale is what we are known for.
When Selecting Sling-Lifting Systems, Leave No Stone Unturned
Philadelphia facilities involved in any type of overhead-lifting endeavor must incorporate slings that have been scrupulously analyzed, down to the smallest detail. Some key considerations must include:
- the type of load
- the weight of the load
- the lifting frequency
- the number of attachment points
- the type of hitch
- geometry of the lift, including sling angles
- the type of lifting movement
- the center of gravity
- weather conditions including wind, humidity, UV concentration, etc
- height or clearance restrictions
Making an informed decision is critical. Whether your lift loads require nylon, polyester, wire rope, alloy-chain slings, or a different type, Morgan Aero has you covered!
Manufacturing installations, aviation facilities, aerospace/defense corporations, and military establishments – including the US Air Force, Airbus, and Boeing – have relied on our hoists and sling-lifting systems for every type of load, imaginable, for decades.
Our in-house manufactured Aerosafe worm-drive hoists are often used in conjunction with our sling-lifting systems, and are available in manual as well as pneumatic–powered options. One thousand of our Aerosafe models are in use around the world. Our Aerosafe worm-drive hoists are used for the installation and removal of engines and landing gear for a wide range of aircraft for Airbus, Boeing, and almost every major airline, worldwide.
