Pneumatic Chain Hoist San Jose

San Jose offers a slew of aerospace installations operated by the US Department of Defense, Lockheed Martin, and Northrop Grumman to name only a few.  To meet the ever-evolving needs of customers in the US and around the world, aircraft and aerospace manufacturers rely on science, technology, engineering and pneumatic chain hoists to ensure work-flow is optimized to its fullest potential.

Morgan Aero’s pneumatic chain hoists are one type of hoist, within a diverse inventory, that are designed to surge production while ensuring safety.  For lifting, lowering, or positioning everything from jet engines to landing gear, you can count on our pneumatic chain hoist products to get the job done.  If our standard pneumatic hoists don’t match your requirements, we will be happy to fabricate modified versions in the form of tailor-made solutions.

Since 1964, Morgan Aero has specialized in manufacturing and delivering heavy-lift solutions to meet specific application requirements in the aircraft, aerospace, and general-manufacturing industries.  Our pneumatic chain hoist products, however, deserve some spotlight attention since their advantages are worth noting:

  • no risk of explosion in potentially-combustible environments
  • can be used in remote locations due to no electric motors
  • impervious to dirt, dust, heat, vapors, high-temps, and humidity
  • uninterrupted use over multiple shifts, without overheating
  • wide-ranging speed control which allows for sensitive load positioning with extreme accuracy
  • lower weight means handling ease and enhanced mobility
  • higher duty cycles means no downtime
  • fewer components allow for low maintenance and less-costly repairs

If you have any questions concerning Morgan Aero’s pneumatic chain hoist products or how we can customize them to suit your needs, do not hesitate to contact our team at (425) 438-9600.
