Pneumatic Chain Hoist San Antonio

San Antonio has a rich history of being home to a plethora of aircraft and aerospace installations – from Lockheed Martin to Boeing to SyberJet and a host of others.  The manufacturing of next-generation aircraft and aerospace components reigns supreme, here.

Morgan Aero has supplied aircraft, pneumatic, lever chain hoists, hoist systems, and related services to the aircraft, aeronautics, and general-manufacturing industries since 1964.  During that time, our company has evolved and greatly expanded to meet the needs of those niche industries around the world.

The Pneumatic Chain Hoist – One of Our Specialties

To lift, lower, and position everything from jet engines to landing gear, our pneumatic chain hoist products offer some exceptional benefits that many other hoists do not.  Whether standard or modified, our pneumatic chain hoists are designed to, dramatically, optimize production efficiency and enhance workplace safety.

Pneumatic-powered chain hoists are part of our Aerosafe worm-drive hoists which are used by Boeing and almost all major airlines, worldwide.  One thousand of our Aerosafe chain hoists are in use regionally, nationally, and globally.

From our Aerospace Oxygen Systems Service to our Parts and Assembly Integration to our Chain Hoist and Hoist Systems Fabrication, San Antonio aircraft, aerospace, and general-manufacturing facilities place their trust in our product quality and our ability to fulfill their heavy-lift challenges.

The Pneumatic Chain Hoist – A Myriad of Advantages

Our pneumatic chain hoist products offer safety, convenience, and cost savings.  Some of their many advantages include:

  • no risk of explosion in potentially combustible environments
  • no electric motors allowing for use in remote locations
  • impervious to dirt, dust, heat, vapors, high-temps, and humidity
  • self-cooling allows uninterrupted use over multiple shifts, without overheating
  • accurate, wide-ranging speed control for sensitive load positioning
  • lower weight, enabling ease of handling and enhanced mobility
  • higher duty cycles, which means no downtime and enhanced production
  • fewer components, meaning low maintenance and less costly repairs
