Aircraft Chain Hoist Phoenix

At Morgan Aero, we are ready to respond to your Phoenix-based aircraft/aerospace facility’s heavy-lifting challenges by streamlining the lifting, lowering, and positioning of heavy aircraft components.  Aircraft chain hoists are a dominant part of our business, and if a standard hoist doesn’t possess the capacity to meet your needs, we provide modified solutions to, fully, address customization requirements.

At Morgan Aero, we have been proudly manufacturing and supplying heavy-lifting solutions for more than a half century.  Aircraft and aerospace facilities from San Francisco to Phoenix to New York rely on our company’s aircraft chain hoists – all designed to enhance productivity, optimize profitability, and ensure safety within manufacturing environments.

Our Capabilities + Testing + Certification = Your Assurance

At Morgan Aero, our aircraft chain hoist products are made in the USA – including our 1,000 Aerosafe Hoists utilized throughout the world.  Maintaining a brand, a culture, and a reputation as an industry-leader is not only our mission, it’s our passion.

Prior to shipment, every product is tested and certified to ensure our dedication to quality and safety is met.  This would apply to our aerospace-quality lever hoists, chain hoists, worm-drive hoists, and sling-lifting systems.  Our pneumatic/air-powered chain hoists, by the way, are worth noting.  They offer self-cooling air motors which, for heavy-lifting applications, presents a clear-cut advantage when an unrestricted number of motor starts might be utilized.

Due to self-cooling, pneumatic aircraft chain hoists can operate in high-ambient temperature environments.  Also, these hoists can lift heavy aircraft loads faster and more efficiently than electric aircraft chain hoists.

Morgan Aero’s lever hoists and hand-chain hoists are designed to meet the exacting Boeing Hoist Specifications including:

  • M-7360-99-2574
  • M-7360-99-2714
  • M-MEAP-02-13789
  • 1-157306941-1
  • MIL-H-904J
  • ASME HST3
  • appendix ‘A’ and CE certification standards

Morgan Aero developed the JM and JM-AP series of lever hoists for the Boeing 737 Advanced Generation Aircraft.  We manufacture the APU hoist – the AP6108 chain-drive unit – used by the USAF as well as major airlines around the world.  Our Phoenix clients will not find a higher caliber APU aircraft hoist, of this type, anywhere else on the world market!
