Our manufacturing operation is more evolved and advanced than most machining companies. The first, most noticeable difference, is the brand new, standardized machines, arranged in manufacturing cells. With the goal of manufacturing all jobs in “one-piece-flow” fashion, our manufacturing cells enable single operators to complete production runs from raw material to finished parts, with minimal work-in-process inventory. In-process inspection and statistical process control (SPC) are integrated into each cell, optimizing throughput and ensuring quality compliant parts in real time.

A second key difference is the absence of tool chests on the floor. We use a sophisticated tooling management system that enables us to control tooling requirements for every job at the engineering planning and programming level. This frees our operators to concentrate on running machines rather than searching for tools.
